RETURNS + REFUNDS 

Sometimes postman pat can be a bit rough with your package. If your package has arrived damaged and you would like to initiate a return, simply email hello@miamiglow.com.au with your order number and email used for your order along with photos of the damages. We'll either refund your money or send you another package. Whichever you prefer. We'll deal with postman pat.

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of ordering. All orders are shipped via Australia Post  

How quickly will my package arrive? 

Please allow 3-5 business days for city areas and allow up to 7-9 business days for regional areas.

Keep our products in 23 degrees or less. Why? Our active ingredients work best in these temperatures
